The Jordan Valley, March 5, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces installed two iron gates today at the entrances to the villages of Bardala, Kardala and Ein al-Bayda in the northern Jordan Valley .
Human rights activist Aref Daraghmeh reported that the occupation forces installed a gate near the entrance to a road leading to the villages of Bardala and Kardala in the northern Jordan Valley, and another at the entrance to the village of Ein al-Bayda, which will further restrict the movement of thousands of citizens in these villages .
The occupation maintains approximately 1,000 checkpoints and military gates in the West Bank, geographically separating the West Bank governorates from one another .
Since the start of the Israeli-Iranian war, military checkpoints and iron gates have witnessed significant military tightening, through which the occupation hinders the movement of citizens .
