Ramallah, December 30, 2025 (WAFA) – The Prisoners’ Institutions (the Commission of Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs, the Palestinian Prisoners Club, and the Addameer Foundation for Prisoner Care and Human Rights) issued a report summarizing the year 2025 on the reality of the prisoners’ issue in the occupation’s prisons.
The report includes an analysis of the most prominent data and transformations that have been documented since the beginning of the genocide, and how prisons have turned into arenas for torture and slow execution.
This report serves as an official human rights reference that condemns the occupation’s systematic policies against prisoners, and affirms the need to hold it accountable for the crimes committed in accordance with international law, including the Geneva Conventions and international human rights laws, as it is an international responsibility that falls on the international community and its institutions to ensure the protection of prisoners, end the state of impunity, and end the state of “exception” granted to Israel.
