The united room issues a warning: Our people will not accept captives of martyrs.

In reference to the ill prisoner Walid Daqqa, the joint chamber of the resistance groups issued a warning on Tuesday night that our people would not allow the arrival of its slain captives.

On their official Telegram account, the resistance factions posted this warning alongside a photo of the ill prisoner Walid Daqqa.

Following a statement by the alleged fascist Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir that the captive Daqqa “must end his life inside the prison,” the Prisoners’ Information Office had warned that the prisoner, Walid Daqqa, would be the target of an assassination attempt similar to what the martyred prisoner Khader Adnan was subjected to in the occupation prisons.

The so-called Israeli Releases Committee will meet on Wednesday to evaluate the potential of an early release for cancer patient Walid Daqqa, whose health has deteriorated to the point of imminent danger.

This occurs at a time when Israeli circles, led by the prosecutor for the occupation, asked that Daqqa’s early release be refused despite warnings that he risked losing his life.

According to the Prisoners Affairs Authority, the prisoner Daqqa was moved yesterday, Monday, to the Isaf Harofeh Hospital after his condition deteriorated.

It should be noted that Walid Daqqa, the prisoner, has cancer and was hospitalized on March 23, 2018, after his health suddenly deteriorated following a diagnosis of myelofibrosis, rare cancer that affects the bone marrow, which developed from cancer, on December 18, 2022. It went untreated for almost ten years after being diagnosed.

The family of the captive Walid Daqqa paid a visit to their son on April 27, 2017, at the Barzilai Hospital in Ashkelon, where he had undergone surgery on April 12 to remove a portion of his right lung. And it came after delaying for more than two weeks.
