Ramallah, May 4, 2026 – Settlers attacked farmers in the town of Turmus Ayya, east of Ramallah, on Monday, and forced them to leave their lands.
Local sources reported that settlers, under the protection of the occupation army, attacked farmers while they were plowing their land in the plain of Turmus Ayya, and forced them to leave the place.
According to the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission, the escalation of terrorism by armed settlers in the West Bank has led to the displacement of at least 79 Palestinian Bedouin communities, either partially or completely, of varying sizes and characteristics, comprising 814 families and more than 4,700 citizens, in one of the largest waves of forced displacement in a short period of time .
