Gaza, January 25, 2026 (WAFA) – The death toll from the Israeli occupation’s aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen to 71,657 martyrs and 171,399 wounded since the start of the aggression on October 7, 2023.
Medical sources reported on Sunday that during the past 48 hours, 3 citizens were killed and 8 others were injured by the occupation’s fire and shelling, while a number of victims are still under the rubble and in the streets, as ambulance and rescue teams are unable to reach them at this moment.
The same sources indicated that the total number of martyrs since the ceasefire on October 11 has risen to 484 , and the total number of injuries to 1,321, while 713 bodies have been recovered.
