Ramallah, December 27, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces closed the Atara military checkpoint, north of Ramallah, on Saturday morning .
Our correspondent reported that the occupation closed the checkpoint since the early morning hours, causing disruption to the movement of citizens, especially those coming and going from villages and towns northwest and west of Ramallah, and from the northern governorates .
According to a report issued by the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission last October, the total number of permanent and temporary barriers dividing Palestinian lands reached 916, including military barriers and gates.
