The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates warned against the systematic Israeli occupation policy aimed at destabilizing the situation in the West Bank and creating chaos to implement annexation, expansion, and displacement projects.The Foreign Ministry said in a statement on Friday that international inaction encourages the extremist occupation government to persist in its illegal unilateral measures.She noted that she is following up with countries and components of the international community on the abuse, collective punishment, closures, raids, home demolitions, and settlement expansion being faced by the Palestinian territories.The Ministry of Foreign Affairs called on the international community and all countries to intervene effectively to protect the city of Tulkarm, its citizens, their homes, and their property from the brutality of the occupation and the collective punishment it has imposed on defenseless civilians.She stressed that what is required is to translate the international consensus into practical steps to halt the occupation’s aggression and crimes and impose a genuine political path to implement the New York Declaration and other international legitimacy resolutions.
