Gaza, January 4, 2026 (WAFA) – The death toll from the Israeli occupation’s aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen to 71,386 martyrs and 171,264 wounded since October 7, 2023 .
Medical sources said on Sunday that three martyrs and 13 injuries arrived at hospitals in the Gaza Strip during the past 48 hours, while a number of victims are still under the rubble and in the streets, as ambulance and civil defense crews are unable to reach them at this time.
She indicated that the total number of martyrs since the ceasefire (October 11) has risen to 420, and the total number of injuries to 1,184, while 684 bodies have been recovered.
