The Jerusalem Governorate reported that 1,138 settlers stormed the Al-Aqsa Mosque in successive groups from the direction of the Mughrabi Gate, and carried out provocative tours and performed Talmudic rituals in its courtyards .
The occupation forces imposed restrictions and limitations on the entry of worshippers and Jerusalemites to the mosque, and confiscated their identity cards at its outer gates .
The widespread calls from Jerusalem for the people of Jerusalem and the occupied Palestinian interior to mobilize and rally towards Al-Aqsa Mosque, and to stay in its courtyards, continue, in order to thwart the plans of the occupation and its settlers .
The calls emphasized that the sit-in at Al-Aqsa reflects the unity of the popular stance in defending the holy sites .
Al-Aqsa Mosque is witnessing continuous attacks and incursions by settlers and the occupation police, in an attempt to change the existing religious and historical reality there .
