Ramallah, April 6, 2026 (WAFA) – Settlers, under the protection of Israeli occupation forces, attacked the town of Silwad and the village of Yabrud, east of Ramallah, on Monday evening.
The mayor of Silwad, Raed Hamed, told Wafa that settlers attacked the outskirts of the town and assaulted a citizen, his pregnant wife, and their son, who were subsequently taken for treatment.
Security sources told Wafa that settlers attacked the village of Yabroud and stole 15 sheep belonging to citizen Suleiman Daoud and his son Alaa. Occupation forces stormed the village during the settlers’ attack and fired tear gas canisters, but no injuries were reported.
