Gaza, March 28, 2026 (WAFA) – A citizen was killed and others were injured on Saturday in an Israeli air raid on a vehicle, east of Khan Younis, in the southern Gaza Strip.
A medical source at Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis reported that the body of a martyr and injuries were brought to the hospital as a result of a bombing by an Israeli army drone on a vehicle near the Bani Suheila roundabout, east of Khan Younis.
This morning, two brothers were killed and several others were wounded, some seriously, by Israeli occupation forces in Gaza City .
Our correspondents reported, citing medical sources, that the two brothers, Fahmi and Saed Omar Qaddoum, were killed by the occupation forces east of Gaza City, while others were injured as a result of the occupation vehicles firing on citizens’ homes in the Al-Shama’a area of the Old City .
The same sources added that a citizen was wounded by Israeli fire in the Zeitoun neighborhood . Simultaneously, Israeli forces launched artillery shelling and tank fire targeting the eastern areas of the Zeitoun, Shuja’iyya, and Tuffah neighborhoods in the city .
Medical sources announced that the death toll from the Israeli occupation’s aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen to 72,268 martyrs and 171,995 wounded since the start of the aggression on October 7, 2023 .
The sources explained that hospitals in the Gaza Strip received one martyr and 19 injuries during the past 24 hours.
She noted that the total number of martyrs since the ceasefire on October 11 has risen to 692, and the total number of injuries to 1,895, while 756 bodies have been recovered .
The same sources explained that a number of victims are still under the rubble and in the streets, as ambulance and rescue teams have been unable to reach them until this moment .
