The Islamic Jihad Movement on Friday condemned the criminal bombing that targeted a mosque in the Syrian city of Homs, which killed innocent worshippers while they were performing Friday prayers at noon today .
The movement stressed that targeting houses of worship and worshippers is a heinous crime that reflects a terrorist mentality that has no relation to any human or religious value, calling for the need to pursue the perpetrators of this cowardly act .
The movement offered its sincere condolences to the families of the martyrs, asking God Almighty to have mercy on them, to grant the wounded a speedy recovery, and to protect the brotherly Syrian people and bless them with security and peace
