Hamas spokesman Hazem Qassem said the movement is following through on the agreed-upon handover of the bodies of Israeli soldiers held by the Qassam Brigades, as part of its commitment to the ceasefire agreement on the Gaza Strip.In a press statement on Wednesday, Qassem explained that the occupation had committed a clear violation of the ceasefire agreement by killing civilians in Shuja’iyya and Rafah.He called on the mediators to oblige the occupation to abide by its commitments contained in the agreement.On Tuesday evening, the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), handed over the bodies of four Israeli prisoners to the Red Cross in Gaza City, as part of the ceasefire agreement.
