Nine civilians were killed and others injured since dawn on Tuesday when the Israeli occupation forces targeted people waiting for aid near the Netzarim axis, south of Gaza City, and al-Tina Street, southwest of Khan Yunis, in the southern Gaza Strip.

A medical source at Al-Shifa Hospital reported that seven civilians were killed and several others injured while waiting for aid, as a result of Israeli forces’ fire on the Netzarim axis, south of Gaza City.

Meanwhile, Al-Awda Hospital in Nuseirat reported receiving one martyr and 50 injuries, including 10 serious injuries, who were transferred to hospitals in the central Gaza Strip. The injuries were caused by the occupation forces targeting aid workers on Salah al-Din Street, south of the Wadi Gaza area.

A Safa Agency correspondent reported that a citizen was killed and another injured by Israeli occupation forces fire while waiting for aid on al-Tina Street, southwest of Khan Yunis.

Since May 27, Tel Aviv and Washington have been implementing a plan to distribute limited aid. The Israeli occupation army has been opening fire on Palestinians queuing to receive aid, forcing them to choose between starvation or being shot.

The death toll at Israeli-American aid distribution centers in the Gaza Strip has risen to 580, with 4,216 injured and 39 missing. All of them are starving civilians seeking a living under siege and starvation.

With American support, the Israeli occupation army has been committing genocide in Gaza since October 7, 2023, leaving more than 185,000 dead and wounded, most of them children and women, and more than 11,000 missing.
