Gaza, March 29, 2026 (WAFA) – Medical sources in the Gaza Strip announced on Sunday that the death toll from the Israeli occupation’s aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen to 72,278 martyrs and 172,013 wounded since the start of the aggression on October 7, 2023.
The sources explained that hospitals in the Gaza Strip received 10 martyrs and 18 injuries during the past 24 hours.
She noted that the total number of martyrs since the ceasefire on October 11 has risen to 702, and the total number of injuries to 1,913, while 756 bodies have been recovered.
The same sources explained that a number of victims are still under the rubble and in the streets, as ambulance and civil defense crews have been unable to reach them until this moment.
