At dawn on Tuesday, violent confrontations broke out when the occupation troops stormed the settlement of Qabatiya, south of Jenin, in the occupied West Bank, leaving four young men injured, one of them critically.
Four injuries were reported to have been treated at Ibn Sina Hospital, among them the left hand, artery, and abdomen injuries sustained by a young man from the Jenin camp. He was admitted right away to surgery, where he described his damage as severe.
The occupation forces and the young men engaged in a violent altercation during which the occupation used live ammunition, the resistance fighters resisted the invasion and engaged in gun battles with the occupation, and the young men tossed improvised bombs at the occupied army.
Local sources stated that under the guise that their children are wanted, the occupiers stormed the homes of four locals and gave them till Tuesday am to give themselves in.
