Al-Murabit Al-Maqdisi handed Nizam Abu Rumouz, after his arrest this morning from inside the Old City, a decision ordering his removal from Al-Aqsa Mosque for a renewable period of one week, in addition to a map specifying the places where he is prohibited from being present within the vicinity of Al-Aqsa Mosque .
The occupation forces continue to impose strict restrictions on the entry of worshippers to Al-Aqsa Mosque, especially during Fridays .
The occupation authorities prevent thousands of citizens from the West Bank governorates from accessing Jerusalem to perform prayers at Al-Aqsa Mosque, as they require the issuance of special permits to cross their military checkpoints that surround the holy city .
