Gaza, January 11, 2026 (WAFA) – The death toll from the Israeli occupation’s aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen to 71,412 martyrs and 171,314 wounded since October 7, 2023 .
Medical sources reported on Sunday that the total number of casualties who arrived at hospitals in the Gaza Strip during the past 24 hours was three martyrs and nine injuries, while a number of victims are still under the rubble and in the streets, as ambulance and rescue teams are unable to reach them at this time .
She indicated that the total number of martyrs since the ceasefire on October 11 has risen to 442, and the total number of injuries to 1,236, while 688 bodies have been recovered .
She noted the death of a two-month-old baby girl as a result of the extreme cold, bringing the number of child deaths due to the cold since the beginning of winter to four .
