Ramallah, December 22, 2025 (WAFA) – President of the State of Palestine Mahmoud Abbas received today, Monday, at the Presidential Headquarters in Ramallah, the Prime Minister of Greece Kyriakos Mitsotakis, and his accompanying delegation .
His Excellency and the visiting Prime Minister reviewed the guard of honor that lined up to greet him, while the Palestinian and Greek national anthems were played .
The President and the visiting Prime Minister held a bilateral meeting to discuss the latest developments in the Palestinian territories, as well as regional and international issues of common interest.
They also discussed strengthening the friendly relations and joint cooperation between the two countries, in the interest of the two friendly peoples .
His Excellency hosted a luncheon in honor of the visiting Prime Minister, which was attended by senior officials from both the Palestinian and Greek sides .
The meeting was attended by: Prime Minister Mohammad Mustafa, PLO Executive Committee member Ziad Abu Amr, Presidential Advisor for International Affairs Riyad al-Maliki, Presidential Advisor for Diplomatic Affairs Majdi al-Khalidi, Presidential Spokesman Nabil Abu Rudeineh, and Head of the Presidential Office Intisar Abu Amara.
