UN Secretary-General’s spokesman, Stéphane Dujarric, said that humanitarian aid to Gaza is facing difficulties flowing through border crossings despite the ceasefire.
In a press statement on Wednesday, Dujarric explained that the United Nations faced difficulties in the flow of humanitarian aid through border crossings on Tuesday due to Israel’s decision to reduce aid flows to Gaza.
He stressed that the United Nations is intensifying its contacts with Israel to establish a system that would allow more aid to flow through more border crossings.
Dujarric expressed his hope for a system that would allow more humanitarian aid to flow into the Gaza Strip.
