Gaza, November 20, 2025 (WAFA) – Medical sources announced today, Thursday, that the death toll in the Gaza Strip has risen to 69,546, the majority of whom are children and women, since the start of the Israeli occupation aggression on October 7, 2023 .
Medical sources explained that the number of injuries has risen to 170,833 since the start of the aggression, while a number of victims are still under the rubble, and ambulance and civil defense teams are trying to reach them .
She indicated that during the past 24 hours, 33 martyrs arrived at hospitals in the Gaza Strip, including 32 new martyrs, among them 12 children and 8 women, and 88 injuries .
The death toll and injuries since the ceasefire agreement on October 11 has reached 312 martyrs, 760 wounded, and 572 bodies have been recovered .
