Four civilians were killed Tuesday evening as a result of Israeli shelling of the town of Bani Suhaila, east of Khan Yunis, in the southern Gaza Strip.

A Safa Agency correspondent reported that the bombing targeted a group of citizens in the town, resulting in the martyrdom of: Sami Salem Al-Najjar, Muhammad Akram Abu Asi, Munther Ali Abu Asi, and Khalil Reda Al-Najjar.

Since March 18, Israel has resumed its war of extermination on Gaza, reneging on a 58-day ceasefire and prisoner exchange agreement with Hamas, brokered by Qatar and Egypt and supported by the United States.

According to the Ministry of Health, 1,864 citizens have been martyred and 4,890 others injured since March 18, the majority of whom are women and children.

Since October 7, 2023, the occupation army has continued its genocidal war on the Gaza Strip, leaving more than 164,000 dead and wounded, most of them children and women, and more than 14,000 missing.
