The Media Committee in Jenin Camp said that the Israeli aggression on the city of Jenin and its camp, which has continued for the 33rd consecutive day, has led to the martyrdom of (27) citizens, the injury of dozens, and the forced displacement of thousands of citizens.The committee explained in a statement on Saturday that the city of Jenin witnessed several field events, the most prominent of which was the martyrdom of the child Rimas Al-Amouri (13 years old) yesterday, after the occupation soldiers shot her directly while she was in front of her house in the Al-Jabariyat neighborhood, around the Jenin camp.She stated that the occupation forces sent military reinforcements accompanied by bulldozers to Jenin and the entrances to its camp, as well as water tanks and fortified military rooms.She pointed out that the occupation forcibly displaced more than 40,000 citizens, destroyed hundreds of homes, and swept away streets and infrastructure, leaving behind widespread destruction.The occupation continues to seize a number of citizens’ homes and turn them into military barracks, and impose a siege on entry and exit from the camp, amidst the constant presence of snipers, and the abuse and detention of citizens.Palestinian youths targeted occupation vehicles with explosive devices, during the storming of the town of Bir al-Basha, southwest of Jenin.
