22 resistance operations in the West Bank within 48 hours

The Ma’ti Palestine Information Center reported on Saturday evening that 22 resistance operations were recorded in the occupied West Bank within 48 hours.

In a report monitored by Safa News Agency, Moati explained that the resistance activities varied between armed clashes, confrontations with settlers, and the outbreak of confrontations.

He pointed to the most prominent operation, which was the stabbing of an Israeli police officer by a Palestinian youth in the Old City of occupied Jerusalem.

Moati said that armed clashes took place with the occupation forces in the town of Deir Abu Daif in Jenin, including the throwing of explosive devices, as well as in the town of Bir al-Basha in the same city.

He explained that the young men targeted the occupation forces’ vehicles storming Shuwaytra Street in Nablus with a number of pre-prepared explosive devices.

Moati pointed out that clashes broke out between young men and occupation forces in several areas, including the Jalazone refugee camp, Kobar, Abu Shkheidam, and Al-Mughayyir in Ramallah; Deir Abu Daif and Bir al-Basha in Jenin; Deir Istiya and Kafr ad-Dik in Salfit; Madama, Yatma, and Qabalan in Nablus; Tuqu’ and Al-Khader in Bethlehem; and Al-Arroub and Sa’ir refugee camps in Hebron.

He explained that the residents confronted the settlers in Deir Istiya, Salfit.

He pointed to the outbreak of demonstrations in the city of Jerusalem.
