Thousands of people marched in Umm al-Fahm in honour of the two martyrs Kiwan and Hassouna, who gave their lives for the gift of dignity.

Numerous people took part in the second loyalty march on Friday evening in Umm al-Fahm to honour the two martyrs Muhammad Kiwan and Musa Hassouna and to mark the second anniversary of the Gift of Dignity.

This also marks the second anniversary of the Gift of Dignity, which began in May 2021 in protest of the attacks on the Gaza Strip, the Al-Aqsa Mosque, and the Sheikh Jarrah community after Israelis assaulted Palestinian homes there.

“We are in the second march, affirming our loyalty to the martyr Muhammad and our Islamic, Arab-Palestinian constants, and affirming our loyalty to our history, present, and homeland,” Sheikh Raed Salah stated. “We assure all our people inside that we are one family and one house.”

According to Muhammad Baraka, the head of the Higher Follow-up Committee for the Arab Masses, “Today we salute the family of the martyr Muhammad Kiwan, the soul of the martyr Musa Hassouna, and the family of the new light, Diyar Amri, from Sandala.”

We congratulate the families of the martyrs who gave their lives for Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa, he continued. We are holding this event today to reassure the families of the martyrs that they have something for which we are committed to continuing with it. We are committed to continuing our struggle, our battle, and our presence for the benefit of our great Palestinian people for the benefit of their land and Jerusalem, for the benefit of Al-Aqsa and the resurrection, for the benefit of the human being who is exposed For oppression and daily killing by the Israeli occupation, for the benefit of Al-Aqsa, for the benefit of Al-

After the march, he called to invite people to join him in Lod the following week. He explained why: “Because Lod faces daily danger, and we all saw its conversion into a military barracks during the Flags March, and whoever needs a flag to confirm his presence is a failure.”

The mother of the martyr Muhammad Kiwan, Laila Kiwan, responded, “Everything makes me think of Muhammad. My emotions are relieved by the mass revolt. Muhammad won’t be forgotten, and this despicable state kills the defenceless while hiding the guilty. Nazism and criminality are both present in this situation.

We respect this popular gathering, as the martyr’s father Mahmoud Kiwan stated. Governments persecute the Palestinian people, and every time one visits us, that oppression continues new one is worse than the old one.
