Anger-filled mobs grieved the bodies of three martyrs who were shot dead by occupation forces in Balata camp, east of Nablus, early dawn.
The funeral procession left the Rafidia Governmental Hospital and headed towards the Balata Refugee Camp, passing past Nablus’ Martyrs’ Square.
Carrying the martyrs’ remains across Balata camp’s streets while shouting violent chants demanding retribution and an increase in armed resistance in response to the atrocities of the occupation
Then, after praying for them in the Abd al-Rahman Mosque and burying them in the camp cemetery, I said goodbye to the martyrs in their homes.
Today at dawn, the occupying forces stormed the Balata camp, killing Fathi Jihad Abdel Salam Rizk (30), Abdullah Youssef Muhammad Abu Hamdan (24), and Muhammad Bilal Muhammad Zaytoun (32), injuring six others, one of whom was badly.
