The martyrdom of the prisoner leader, Sheikh Khader Adnan, in its cells at dawn today was entirely and directly the fault of the Israeli occupation, according to the Islamic Jihad Movement in Palestine.
Al-Jihad released a statement in response to the martyrdom of Adnan that read, “Our fight continues and will not stop, and the criminal enemy will realise once again that its crimes will not go unanswered, and that the resistance will continue with all strength, determination, and steadfastness.”
In her words, “The Zionist occupation, which arrested him, denied his suffering, and committed the most heinous crimes against him, using its dirty tools, including fake courts, terrorist security agencies, and the criminal military prosecution, will pay the price for this crime.”
The organisation lamented the martyrdom of “a great leader, a brave man, and a solid fighter, one of the most honourable and greatest of men, the leader, Sheikh Khader Adnan “Abu Abd al-Rahman.”
Furthermore, she emphasised that “in our long march towards Jerusalem, we will lose many brave men, many leaders, and fighters, and the fighter leader Sheikh Khader Adnan was one of those who opened a wide path for all those who seek freedom in Palestine and throughout the world.”
She further emphasised that “Sheikh Commander Khader Adnan’s testimony will serve as a model for brave men for generations to come, and we won’t abandon the path of jihad and resistance as long as Palestine is involved continues to be occ
